Warranty conditions

Within the scope of the delivery conditions, the manufacturer provides a warranty in accordance with the statutory/country-specific provisions. Please enclose the invoice or delivery note when making a warranty claim. The warranty only covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Warranty claims must be submitted to Collomix in writing immediately upon discovery of the defect and within the warranty period. For this purpose, the affected tool must be presented in full to the seller together with the original purchase receipt, which must include the date of purchase and the product designation, or sent to our factory address together with the receipts. Complaints can only be accepted if the device is returned to Collomix Service in a fully assembled state. Please ensure that your device/machine is transported securely.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, overloading, improper handling, inappropriate accessories, damage, use of force (impact / fall) or insufficient maintenance or cleaning are not covered under the warranty.

Repairs carried out by third parties will automatically invalidate the warranty.

Structural or functional modifications to the machine that have not been clarified with us will invalidate both the warranty and the declaration of conformity.

Repairs or the replacement of components on electrically operated equipment may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Collomix hand-mixers and automatic mixers should generally only be repaired by authorized repair shops or the Collomix factory customer service. Please also note that any warranty claims will be invalidated if improper repair attempts are made. We therefore advise against carrying out your own repairs. Wear parts include: carbon brushes, power cord, ON/OFF switch, Hexafix coupling, paddle, diamond cup wheel, lamellar rings, rubber grommets, ball bearings, mixing bucket.

The prices shown in our spare parts lists are valid for the sales territory Germany. These spare parts price lists replace all previous price lists. Errors excepted, only the prices shown at the time of order entry are binding for the supplier. All prices are valid plus the statutory value-added tax plus shipping and packaging costs.
